How we approach a job

Most electrical calls begin with a symptom, not a diagnosis. We start by confirming what is actually happening — which devices are affected, when the problem appears, and what changed recently. That narrows the circuit before any device is opened.

From there the work is straightforward: verify the circuit is de-energized, inspect terminations and connections, and repair or replace what is faulty using materials rated for the application. If the underlying issue is larger than the original request — an overloaded circuit, deteriorated wiring, or an undersized panel — we explain that before doing additional work.

What we will not do is patch over an unsafe condition to save a visit. If something should be corrected or evaluated by a specialist, we say so.

Safety first

Please avoid opening panels, splicing conductors, or bypassing a tripping breaker. Those actions are a common cause of shock and fire injuries in homes.

Ready when you are
